At first we were not certain what to expect as Boch Toyota has a reputation of being a "churn 'em out" dealership. However, our experience was far from that. The sales person that we dealt with, JD J Toyota has a reputation of being a "churn 'em out" dealership. However, our experience was far from that. The sales person that we dealt with, JD Janes took the time to understand what we were looking for before recommending an automobile. Which was very helpful as we were weren't quite sure what we wanted. Once we narrowed the choices, he patiently explained the different models and was very knowledgeable about his products. Then took us for a test ride in a model that we ended up purchasing. While we were cognizant that it was the end of the month of a big sales promotion, JD was more than a little accommodating about price and terms. Overall, I would recommend this dealer to friends.
