I went to Boch at the end of March intending to shop a few dealerships before purchasing a Matrix or a RAV4. However, the salesman that ended up assisting me (Chris Herget) was very helpful and accomodat few dealerships before purchasing a Matrix or a RAV4. However, the salesman that ended up assisting me (Chris Herget) was very helpful and accomodating. I actually found myself enjoying car shopping at times during the day and ended up leasing a new car that day. The negotiating process was not nearly as fun which is to be expected with any car shopping experience but I always felt like Chris was making every effort to do what he could do to get me into the car I really wanted at the end of the day. The other departments were polite and minimally frustrating to deal with. However, their customer service department left a bad taste in my mouth with very poor follow-up. I explained to 2 different reps that I needed to pick up my car earlier than scheduled on the pick-up day and I needed to make sure this was going to be workable for Boch. Unfortunately Chris had the day off so I asked that I be referred to his manager to assist me. Neither customer service rep called me back and I was never in contact with a manager as requested. Chris ended up being able to accomodate my request but I had to wait for Chris to come back from his day off to find out that he could. When I went to get my car I found out that the customer service reps I had spoken to in the days prior had just left a handwritten note on his desk to call me back. Obviously a written message left on someone's desk when they are out of the office it not going to be very effective. In any case, once again Chris saved the day by letting my pick up my car in the morning instead of the afternoon. He knew I was in a hurry because I had to get to an appointment so he tried to wrap up everything as quickly as possible and even helped me transfer stuff from my old car to my new one. All in all though, I would definitely refer any of my friends or family to Boch Toyota if they were looking for a new car. However, I would definitely advise them to ask to work with Chris Herget to ensure that they were in good hands. When the other departments seemed to be lacking at times he always did his best to make up for it. Oh and I love my new RAV4! I will most likely be going back to Boch in 3 years when it's time to trade in again. More

This is the second car we are buying from Boch Toyota, both from Erico. We bought a Camry from Erico last year during Cash for Clumkers and we need a bigger car. They were all very helpfull and I would definetelly recomend them. More
If you have days to waste and like get treated like garbage this is the place for you!! You'll get a good price....but it is simply exhausting to deal with these xxxx bags. From the receptionist to management....absolutely no one at Boch cares about the customer. The fun part is watching the sales managers run around looking busy. Has there been a sit-com about car dealers yet? If not, this is place to model it after!! Next time, I'll buy somewhere else instead of shaving a few more years off my life from the effort required to close a deal at Boch. More
My Sales Guy Gilbert made my car shopping experience one to remember. He was honest, efficient and man can that guy work fast!!! I had the absolute best car buying experience in my life at Boch. Majed was very knowledgeable and professional. I love my new RAV4. The finance manager (Kolls, I think) was very low key and I only bought what I actually wanted. I thought the extended warranty was a great value. I wasn't sure how I would be treated at such a big dealership but, as a woman, I was very comfortable and did not experience the typical car buying games or pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

For example, the $800 destination fee for the promotion vehicles in addition to the fees they warned you about in the advertisement. The salesman Mac was pleasant, his manager, who came out to give some vague explanation for the fees was annoying and I walked away. Happy I walked out because today I payed less for a better vehicle at Ira (Corolla LE vs. the standard model) in Danvers. More
