I have been dealing with the Boch Toyota Service Department since I purchased my 2003 Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota in October of 2002. I have found their staff, particularly Service Advisor Core Department since I purchased my 2003 Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota in October of 2002. I have found their staff, particularly Service Advisor Corey Henderson, to be honest, fair, and may I say compassionate. I have never felt pressured to have any service performed on my vehicle. Mr. Henderson's usual approach is to inform me of any service I need immediately and then make me aware of any service I may want to consider in the future. For example, he recently mentioned that I may want to consider changing my brake fluid. I told him go ahead. He told me the fluid will be ok until I need my next brake job. He said it will be cheaper for me becuase both services will have the same amount of labor...so it can wait and do both at the same time. As I said, I never feel presured to do a service and he only performs services that I definitely need. Recently, for convenience, I had an oil change performed by a "major" oil" change company. I was told I need a transmission flush and would I like it performed at the same time. I said no and took it to Boch Toyota Service to have the transmisssion flush service performed. Mr. Henderson looked at the condition of the fluid and told me I did not need the service that my transmission fluid was in perfect shape. I left Boch without spending a dime...and saving about $130.00 My most recent experience with Boch Service was in the past week. My check Engine light had been coming on and off for several months. About 2 weeks ago it came on and did not go off. I called Boch Service on March 9th to make an appointment. The earliest available appointment was March 16th. I did not want to wait that long becuase of concern for the Check Engine light. If it was just a regular service I would have waited until the the 16th. I asked to speak to someone else and they transferred my call to Mr. Henderson. He fit me in on Saturday, March 20th. He offered me an earlier date if I could have left my car...which I couldn't. I took the vehicle on March 20th and Boch Service figured out the problem. Mr. Henderson told me how much it would be and how long the wait would be. I went ahead with the service and had a friend pick me up and we had breakfast. I came back at the estimated time I was told the car would be ready. Within 10 minutes the car was ready and I was on the way home. My experience over the years has been great with Boch Toyota Service. They are very accomodating and I sincerely believe they, and Mr. henderson in particular, care about me and keeping my car running in a safe and efficient manner. My 2003 Toyota Camry now has 96,000 miles on it and it is running as good as it did when I purchased it 7 1/2 years ago. I feel comfortable that Boch Toyota Service makes every effort to only recommend a service that is absolutely necessary. I can sleep at night knowing that my vehicle is in great shape...but more important safe for me and my 2 young children. I would highly recommend Boch Toyota Service. More

Waited about 5mis to have a tech to ask if need help(My appointment was 10:45am, waitted in line about 20mins then I'm the first one inside the service line). He told me that this recall service will take 6 to 7 hrs and he can give me a one day rental free of charge if I don't want to wait there all day long. I had the rental at about 11AM and returned the key to the casher next day before 10:15am(cashers was chatting with a Boch uniform male, I waitted about 5 mins until a fmale told her I'm waitting) with full fuel and got my car back. But after two days later, I found Boch Toyota Norwood charged $40.64 from my Credit card with out any info. Beware if you taking your Toyota for recall service,if they say you can have a free rental. More
I have a 2005 Highlander, purchased as a Toyota Certified used car, but not from this dealer. The vehicle had a loud noise with vibration indicating a wheel bearing problem. I came in and spoke to a service rep who confirmed with Toyota that it would be covered under warranty and made an appointment for later in the week. I dropped the car off and was told if necessary a loaner would be available if repairs took longer then anticipated.I was given a call to confirm the diagnosis and also was given a call later to follow up on a question the service technician had. There was a delay in finishing the repair which I was notified of and the reason why(I did not need the loaner). The following morning I received a call once the vehicle was ready. My experience here was excellent , the staff was attentive and very professional. More
I was very happy with the sales experience at Boch Toyota. I new what I was looking for and was able to negotiate a sales price right over the phone before I drove down to Norwood from the North Shore Toyota. Unfortunately, and hour after I got home and put on the news I learned of the recall and suspension of sales of the Tundra. The vehicle ended up on the Boch lot for 10 days after I purchased it wainting for the gas pedal fix. I suggested that sales rep throw in a complimentary bed liner which they did with no hestitation. The truck was ready go within 12 hours of them getting the parts. More
I just bought my second Toyota Camry XLE from Boch Toyota 2 weeks ago and was extremely pleased with the entire experience I had. My first Toyota was purchased 10 years ago at this same dealership. When I came in this time I was doing comparative car shopping. I was fortunate that Charles Lee was the sales associate that waited on me and if it wasn't for him I probably would not have bought the car. Charles overall was outstanding, knowledgeable of Toyota cars , upbeat, has a positive attitude, great follow up and follow through. I met with Charles's Sales Manager as well and was just as pleased with him. I had dealt with sales associates at other non Toyota dealerships in my car search and none of them can compare with Charles as far as customer service skills. Charles is an asset to Boch Toyota. More

As a former Ford owner, I could tell you of many frustrated experiences I had with my automobile maintenance. But since buying my 2002 Camry, all of that frustration has gone away. I love the Camry V6 that I have and want to enjoy it for many years to come. I realize that this can only happen by good care and maintenance, which you deliver. My most recent visit was for my 90,000 check-up and I was working with Service Advisor Larry Dulski. Right up front, Larry assisted me with schedule time, access to a "free" rental car and a very positive expectation of what needed to be done and an almoost exact dollar estimate of the cost. (I knew this was going to be a bigger than usual cost due to the need for the timing belt being replaced) During my drop off, Larry also discussed that this was a good opportunity to inspect the water pump for wear and leakage. Replacing the pump would be cheaper now as the engine would be disassembled for the timeing belt. Larry contacted me the next day and informed me of the pumps condition and it was replaced. I was very pleased with the service and want to report that my car runs as good as the day I bought it. Keep up the good work, I expect to be a customer of Boch Toyota for several more years to come. Let's just say that I'm a bargain shopper and walking in to purchase a new vehicle without a parent present, I wanted to make sure I got the best deal imaginable. I was in to purchase a 2010 Highlander and trade in a 2007 FJ Cruiser. After finding a vehicle I liked, they made me an offer. I told them that there was no way their offer would work. We then proceeded to negotiate. Alberto was friendly the entire time and honestly did everything in his power to help me. Bottom line, though, the manager makes the final decision. Speaking of manager, when we were in our final stages of negotiations, the manager for Alberto's group came over. I cannot remember his name, but he was incredibly friendly. Whenever I've been to other car dealerships with my father, the final negotiation phase is typically a manager arguing with the customer and saying that the requested price is impossible, etc. In this case, it was the exact opposite. He was present to facilitate me getting the deal I wanted with the head finance guy who ultimately controls the deals. Bottom line, they gave me a KBB value for my trade in and sold me the car at or below invoice. The entire experience from start to finish was super easy and they were professional, accommodating and I would give them my highest praises. More

My service manager Corey Henderson is always on the look out for best and timely service of my car. He takes the extra steps necessary in a trusting transaction and relation to communicate convenience, schedule and above all the maintenance of my car. He is so friendly with kids too, it makes the entire servicing process so cheerful and so much less strenuous. Kudos to Corey at Boch. More
The person seemed very stress out and to me, I didn't find him friendly at all. I understand upto a point his behavior because of workload from all the recalls and, may be hectic work schedule. I spent 3 hrs and was not able to convience him that battery needed repalcement while I just bought the car not even month ago. More

Robert worked very hard to make sure my experience was as good as possible. The repairs associated with the floor mat recall are completely invisible (fantastic, since there was carpet work involved). Where it was factory recall work, the price was nil, but the addition of a free oil change definitely increased the value of service. Great service representative, great quality of work. Would have preferred an accurate estimate of repair duration when I asked (prior to arrival at dealership), but Robert handled that error gracefully. More
