Didnt even buy my new car from there and dont intend to. I guess they have it going pretty good for them so they dont really sweat it over new customers. Price for repair was $250 over what another Toyota dealer charged for same repair. Matrix was 86,000 miles - over warrantee (80,000), for a ECM problem Toyota knew about and issued Technical Service Bulleti charged for same repair. Matrix was 86,000 miles - over warrantee (80,000), for a ECM problem Toyota knew about and issued Technical Service Bulletins in 2006 and 2007, yet Boch and Toyota denied any adjustment. I think Boch quotes high so people think they are getting a bargain if they adjust it down. Next time I'll buy Honda. First set of original tires wore out in 15,000 miles. I was told I was driving too hard. Had a set of Michelins put on at NTB and have 70,000 miles on them, still good tread. More
Boch Toyota in Norwood does not care about it customer and treat its loyal customer like an idiot. I bought a 2008 corrolla in 2007 and boch customer service was decent, a little delay here and there but and treat its loyal customer like an idiot. I bought a 2008 corrolla in 2007 and boch customer service was decent, a little delay here and there but it's acceptable. My nightmare began when i bought a 2010 Corrolla in July, 2009. Everything goes smoothly until I sign all of my paperworks and pay all necessary fees. Here is what happen. I have to waited almost 1 1/2 month to get my registration and inspection sticker I was stopped by the police a couple of times for driving without an inspection sticker (Thanks a lot) I try to contact my salesperson but get scold at because that is my salesperson's supervisor phone My salesperson never reply to my phone call or call me back eventhough i leave him voice messages No one contact me when there is an issue The registration department set my registration application aside twice without reason (Not even say i'm sorry) I have to filled out the registration form a couple of times because who knows what happen to it Boch intented to charge me another $25 dollars for each new registration eventhough it's already been paid. Boch Salesperson scold me for seating in his cubicle (my salesperson told me to sit there) Whenever i call in to check on the status of my registration NO ONE KNOWS about it (Great....) I have to drive back and forth to Boch Toyota in Norwood for at leasts 10 times before i get my registration That's not all, the financial advisor at boch cancelled my old car warranty and told me that i should receive a $700 check within 3-4 weeks. Guess what, I still don't recieve a penny and no one bother to tell me what happen. I think they wait until i reach my 100th birthday to send me my check. Ok, after a month after i purchased the car, I come all the way down to Boch in norwood (15 miles driving, fun huh...) My financial advisor told me that my cancelled warranty was set aside (There is no reason why?). He makes me do the paperwork again and now it's been more than a month but still not getting or heard anything about the cancelled warranty check. I came down to gently ask my finanicial advisor about the cancelled warranty check. At the reception desk there is one manager who told me that it should take at least 8-12 weeks to receive my check (How come my financial advisor told me only 3-4). Then another manager told me that i am not supposed to get the check at all, It's belong to my lien holder (Huh? I paid for the warranty, not them. Beside i already pay off my loans). Everyone is talking to me with an angry tone and blames everything on me. My only mistake is to buy my car at Boch in the first place. They make the mistakes and blames it all on its loyal customers (NICE). Before then, I had recommend Boch to many others people and some of my relatives were about to buy a car at BOCH but once they know that i get treated poorly, they go to another dealer. Boch just lost at least 3 potential customers and its loyal customer (I always stick one dealer, stores etc... ). I don't think i and my family or relatives will ever buy another car at boch or even have our car service at boch. I'll never tell anyone about it since it's already ruin my reputation and make me look like an idiot in front of everyone else. At Boch, Everyone is just so cold. I was completely ignore by all of them and was blame for their mistake and they said "We love our customer. Yeah Right". I'm just want to know what is going on with my paperwork, is that too much to asked? Why i'm getting scold at when i'm their customer? Maybe I was too kind which make they think that i'm an idiot. This Dealership is all about getting you in the door and xxxxxxx you in. I called looking for a specific model and they told me they had 3 in stock and the colors. I specified i was driving 45 minutes, wa xxxxxxx you in. I called looking for a specific model and they told me they had 3 in stock and the colors. I specified i was driving 45 minutes, wanted to buy the car on that day if we reached an agreement and asked to confirm the car was available on the lot to drive. We arrived at the specified time and asked for Ashley. The Dealership itself is HUGE and fast-paced which should be a huge warning sign to run back out the door. It was like a mini-factory. Of course, when I got there, none of the cars were available but they were willing to show me a zillion other cars I was not interested in. When I told the Salesman I was upset abotu being lied to, he could not have cared less and still wanted me to "make a deal". Pushy, lying, and not to be trusted. Worst experience I have every had at a dealership. More

I had to call them at least 12 times on daily so that they could do their job. I wasted my time and money. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and upset with this dealership. I would never buy a Toyota again and would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in buying a Toyota to go somewhere else. More
Simply put this is a volume dealer, you can get the price you want but they are completely unorganized. Paperwork not ready, not too knowledgable on the finances, did not disclose all the parameters to take you want but they are completely unorganized. Paperwork not ready, not too knowledgable on the finances, did not disclose all the parameters to take the vehicle home that day. Overall it's a factory, like Southwest Airlines, if you are willing to accept a factory like evnvironment where you are a number, you have your ducks in a row and you know your price, then this is the place to go, if you are looking for a more customer service oriented company, this is not the place to go. When you go to a place that sells 900 Toyota's in a month people, don't expect to be someone there, expect to be a number and a quota. Afterall to them, it's just business. More
Brought a used Toyota car that had problem and they refuse to fix it. I decided to exchange for a new car but they decided to devalue it for 2K for only 2 weeks of using the car. After 2 days of negoci refuse to fix it. I decided to exchange for a new car but they decided to devalue it for 2K for only 2 weeks of using the car. After 2 days of negociating, they finally give me a fair exchange of the car. However, when I was signing the paperwork for the new car, they mess up the numbers. If I didn't read the finance numbers carefully, I would be ripped off the second time. The sales men Amer was helpful but the management and repair people provided some of the worst service ever. My wife is so mad that she considers reporting this bad practice to the better business beaurea. I can't believe the bad comment so many people are experiending at Boch. Mr Boch, pllase do some service and clean up the dishonest management practice over there. More
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Don't waste your time. Ernie Boch jr should come down out of his ivory tower and check things out. Maybe if he stopped doing those cheesy comercials where he wants us time. Ernie Boch jr should come down out of his ivory tower and check things out. Maybe if he stopped doing those cheesy comercials where he wants us to believe he is actaully working and actually worked, he'd see what's going on. I don't know how that man can sleep at night. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for her new car, my daughter was first told the paper work was lost, then the VIN numbers were wrong, then she was told they didn't want to honor the cash for clunker deal because it was costing them money. She had signed the papers 2 weeks prior to the cash for clunker deal ending. They tried to tell her that her paperwork wasn't in order so they wouldn't honor the deal. They were very dishonest, everything was in order. They kept telling her she could walk away and they would return her deposit but she hung in since the cash for clunker , by that time, had indeed ended. She missed work and a family vacation trying to get her car, waiting up to 2 hrs to talk with someone at the dealership. All her phone calls went unanswered or turfed to voicemail. She was finally told to pick up her correct car. It was delivered to her covered with bird mess, less than a 1/4 tank of gas and completely uninsured and unregistered and without the $900.00 alarm system that she paid for! Our insurance company said it was the worst dealership they have ever dealt with. Paperwork disappearing, completely disorganized. It's been another week now and they still haven't gotten the paperwork together for her to get a sticker. Her first car payment will be due and she hasn't even been able to drive the car. When I bring the name of this dealership up at work, it causes an uproar. Almost everyone had something negative to say. I sure wish we knew this before we sent our daughter to them. Hope our honest review can help someone out. More
The only reason I found myself at Boch Norwood was because I was partaking in Cash for Clunkers, and Boch North Attleboro didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. When I walked in and asked if th because I was partaking in Cash for Clunkers, and Boch North Attleboro didn't have the vehicle I was looking for. When I walked in and asked if they could find out if they had a 2009 Sport Rav 4 on the lot, I was told to sit down, they'd find out. Suddenly, the salesperson started asking me if I had a trade in. I said, "I just want to know if you have this vehicle or not". The salesperson--a skinny little guy of Indian descent (a warning for those of you foolish enough to go to Boch Norwood after this post)--said very confrontationally, "Tell me...Who's the salesperson here? Do you want to sit in my chair? Maybe I'll just find you another salesperson to work with!" After engaging in a full out shouting match IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOWROOM with this person, I got up to walk out. But then I stopped, because if I ended up buying a vehicle, I wanted to make sure this little turd didn't get the commission. I asked for a new salesperson. Long story short, I was in the dealership for SIX HOURS--most of it spent sitting around staring at the ceiling. They went through all the negotiating drama and histrionics others on this website have already described. Despite my protests, they insisted on holding my credit card so that I would show "good faith" (which I'm sure would've been mysteriously lost had the negotiations fallen through). The Finance guy tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap and seemed about as legitimate as a Nigerian Princess email. To top it all off, the Finance guy filled out the paperwork wrong (he listed my vehicle as a 2010 Rav 4--a model that hasn't been released yet), which wasn't discovered until two weeks after the fact, so I had to trudge back up there to sign off on the new, corrected forms. Finally, after FOUR WEEKS of nonsense (that my salesperson, Juan Silva, kept blaming on the government and the Cars.gov website) and numerous phone calls, I was called in to pick up my car--only after I posted negative comments on the Boch website, mind you. So anyway, back to my car: No inspection sticker. Empty gas tank (which I didn't discover until I was five miles from the dealership and the fuel light appeared). No insurance paperwork transfer. Pathetic. I'm currently trying to call my salesguy (Silva) again, with minimal success. These guys aren't completely useless, but they're not too far off. Just a shady, shady operation comprised of incompetents, neer-do-wells, and individuals of questionable moral character. I wonder how much this operation speaks of the character of Ernie Boch Jr. himself? Avoid this place like the plague. More
Came in for simple 10K Service, list price was 60% higher than other local dealers advertised price(s) for same service.
