Run as fast as you can FROM this dealership. They are unprofessional, rude, sneaky, lying and underhanded. This is the reason car dealerships have the repuation they do - Because of places like this.<br><br>Chushna, or whatever the heck his name was, was so rude to my father and me, I walked away with a sick feeling in my stomach.<br><br>Don't trust way they say on the phone or online - Boch's motto says it all- "COME ON DOWN". Yeah, and once you get down there, make sure your back doesn't hurt because you'll be doing plenty of bending over. WORST dealership I've ever been to. More

Swithing sales associates, making us wait for the manager to look at the deal. Lying about rebate amounts. Changing residuals and money factors you name it. I had done tons of research so i knew what the numbers should be near. Overall bad dealership to buy a car. However the service area seemed clean. Woburn or Herb Chambers are better choices to buy from. <br>Good luck More

the only thing nice about their service department is the front men. they seem nice and professional. the mechanics are morons. i'm not saying this out of bitterness. it is my honest opinion. they are either front men. they seem nice and professional. the mechanics are morons. i'm not saying this out of bitterness. it is my honest opinion. they are either intentional liars or they are not knowledgable at all. neglectful and not trust worthy. this was my experience. i recommend ira in tewksbury.
