Poor customer service It has been a long time since I've been back to Boch Toyota Norwood, and it was not a good experience. The associate that I worked with was Amer Hajou It has been a long time since I've been back to Boch Toyota Norwood, and it was not a good experience. The associate that I worked with was Amer Hajou, but he never introduced himself, so that was the first red flag. I was looking to test drive the Camry Hybrid LE and SE, and asked for what is the difference between them. Amer did not know the differences, and instead of trying to find a brochure to explain the difference, he told me to see it for myself. I noticed that the mpg was difference between the LE and SE model, so I asked him why the difference (53 vs 47mpg) even though they have the same engine. He told me: why do you care that they are difference, just know that they are different. His answer not only was disrespectful, but also showed ignorance and laziness. Boch Toyota Norwood has a big car selection which is nice to see different options, but not all of their employees are helpful, or even respectful. More
