I am shocked at the price to replace keys for a car. I lost them so it’s in me but it’s absurd. I was told there was a lot of labor involved but then told it was all computerized which is not manual labor lost them so it’s in me but it’s absurd. When I went to pick up my Rav 4 after its first service at Boch Toyota, some kind of grease was on my drivers seat. The dealer tried to remove it, but was only able to remove around 80% of it. I had the Service Director (Kenny Lopez) and Manny Mitoulis sign a note saying that the grease stain would not lower the value of this vehicle when the lease period was over. My experience would have been much better if the Service Dept hadn’t tried to allege that I stained the vehicle. This vehicle only has 2400 miles on it. I suggest covering up your seats with a sheet, before bringing it in for service. More
