My first mechanic Peter Sheehan pointed out the dry rot underneath some of my tires and recommended replacing them. My second mechanic David S. did a fantastic job replacing all the tires and fixing up all the other needed components that needed working on. I did not authorize le financial service department to do two credit inquiries in my credit. Also, the overall sales process is bad. they lied to me and the finance guy is very bad, was not transparent and d two credit inquiries in my credit. Truck in service department for 6-7 months (not fault of Boch) but when completed my truck was returned without a courtesy wash, filthy, with junk parts (used brake pads) left in my rear bed. I called after the first month to request my tonneau cover be closed to prevent crease wear, and though assured it would be done, this was clearly not done and I have resulting wear lines. I was contacted about additional service totaling $3750, a price gouge, but was later called with a much reduced price of $2500 (same work). I elected to get a portion done. We will continue to have our three vehicles serviced at my local professional mechanic. More
