While I'm always leery of going to a dealership due to expected cost, my prior mechanic sold to a chain. This was my first experience with Jance and he was great! The positive thing was the person who helped me was friendly and courteous. I had a few problems while I was there, and the manager was helpful, as well. I spent a good deal more than planned (needed friendly and courteous. I had a few problems while I was there, and the manager was helpful, as well. I spent a good deal more than planned (needed tires). I used the “walk-out” price calculator for the specific tires before going, so assumed that this would be the price for the services I needed to get the tires I wanted installed. In fact, there was a supplementary service that was explained to me as essentially required or it would undo the work I just paid for. So having that included in the price, or at least listing somewhere that this is highly recommended, since it would have been nice to know before I got there. The cost was a surprise. They overcharged me almost $150 at checkout. Luckily once I brought it to their attention, they fixed it quickly, but if I hadn’t been looking closely or if it wasn’t such an egregious amount, nobody would have noticed. Of all of this, the part that frustrated me most was in addition to the loads of money I was already spending there, they charge a 3% fee to use a debit card or credit card. Seriously?! Who is paying for several hundreds of dollars in services in cash?! It’s not like this is a little Mom and Pop place that has trouble paying the fee; it’s a conglomerate with multiple dealerships. I’m not sure I can even take over $700 out of the ATM. That was the real kick in the teeth. I will probably get my service done elsewhere in the future. More

I didn’t like this dealership because the maintenance package that is not required t at this point for my Toyota Highlander 2012 was suggested to do it.
