I'm extremely disappointed and had the worst customer service experience at Boch Toyota Norwood. When I asked to speak with a service manager they quickly transferred me to Larry Dulski (who is not the s service experience at Boch Toyota Norwood. When I asked to speak with a service manager they quickly transferred me to Larry Dulski (who is not the service manager) he provided me with a nightmare of a night. The service center is opened till 8pm. I managed to get my car towed there by 620pm. He refused to check my car his excuse was "There are no technicians" to top it all off he told me I would have to leave the car there till the next day. I then asked him if he could provide me with a loaner car (since I have a 4 month old) and his response was " we don't do that but I can gladly get you a rental for $35.00 a day" when I told him I would need a loaner car he them told me to see my way to the waiting area (I am a customer not your child) he was rude, dismissive, and ignorant. The next day I contacted Boch Norwood regarding my car and Larry informed me I needed to replace my car battery, but two other mechanics at another Toyota dealership assured me that was not the issue. Boch Toyota Norwood never took the time to properly diagnosis my problem, and because of them I had to pay $390 for a complete maintenance check. (AND IT WAS NOT MY BATTERY) I will never buy another car at their dealership, and I want to warn others about the unreliable and faulty service! I made a claim with Toyota Corporate for this horrific experience. THEY GET 0 STARS! More

My service representative (Kevin Gallagher) was awesome. I was there primarily for a manufacturer's recall (airbag). I also mentioned some other unknown issues during my visit (noise under hood). I've been going to Boch service for years and they always treat me well. Last time I went was exceptional. Jance took care of me and went above and beyond to take care of a warranty claim. repair I brought the car in because the automatic high beams were not working properly and the left front speaker was not working. I thought that maybe I would get the car back in a day or so but it was ready in a couple of hours and Lucio was great to work with. We are not sure if the high beam issue has been resolved yet because naturally the condition could not be duplicated in the shop, but, they reset the system and gave me a printout from Toyota and we'll see what happens. While I waited Ashely had reached out and asked if I was interested in learning more about a trade-in offer to walk away with a 2020 RAV4. I didn’t not get to speak to a sales person because I didn’t like the body of the new RAV4. Also the sales people were very busy, I know that Ashley tried to set up a time for someone to seat with me and walk over options. However I’m not interested at the time in changing my car. More
