The salesman, Scott, was determined to have her in the right car at the right price. Tony DeNivo and Scott Krepps gave us top notch service and made us feel comfortable during what could have been a very frustrating time. They kept asking my daughter if she was okay, and took us through several cars that she was looking at. I already own a Kia Sportage and in two years will return for another Kia. Just to request information means being bombarded with numerous phone calls from sale reps from all over the place. On a lazy, rainy Saturday we decided to stop by Nutley Kia to take a look at some vehicles vs. seeing them online. That’s where we met Michael who from the very beginning was down to earth and easy to talk to. He’s straight to the point, asks blunt questions with no bs. He listened to what we wanted and did his part to find us the car we wanted. Both my husband and I work in the city and our schedules are filled with early mornings and late nights. Michael was available via cell/text regardless of the time. I would text him at night once my day was over and within 10 minutes my questions were answered. It made this transition sooooo easy. We went to other dealerships just because Nutley Kia was our first stop. After the experience we got, all other dealerships fell short. We ended up right back at Nutley and pleased with our new car! :) More
