I’ve always been told it’s not about the sale but the service! Today I received the absolute worst customer service in my life. Two years ago I left a yeti cup at the dealership counter. I called and requested that the young lady put it in my truck and I will get it when I pick up the truck. When I went to pick up the truck I was told the service manager locked it in his desk. I called for months and was told a runner would bring it to my house. I live 30 miles from Taylor. Never happened. So today when I came for service to have a hose attached to the washer housing. They wanted to charge me 30.00 for that. I nicely requested to speak to a manager about calling this even since I didn’t get my yeti. No manager ever appeared but a really rude woman who said here is your key and don’t come back here go to Mac Haik! Really, you bet I will and tell everyone I know there is lousy service after the sale. More

Asked the salesperson specifically if the truck I was intending to purchase from them had a clean Carfax and she said, "oh yeah it does, it was one owner, an older fella and he took really good care of i intending to purchase from them had a clean Carfax and she said, "oh yeah it does, it was one owner, an older fella and he took really good care of it" I went ahead with the purchase and was also told by the salesperson that the truck had all the bells and whistles I wanted including automatic headlights and rain sensing wipers.... well it didn't have any of those things and after going to trade it in I am informed that this truck has 3 ACCIDENTS ON THE CARFAX. I never would have bought the vehicle if I had known this especially at the price they had it marked so I drove up there again and the used car sales manager says, "well its really your responsibility to request the Carfax..." Sure... sure it is but... why would I request a Carfax after the salesperson assures me that the Carfax is clean? Guess I am just too trusting of a person, so don't make the same mistake I did and avoid these absolute liars at this dealership. They refused to make things right and gave me a ridiculous offer on the truck they sold me under false pretenses. Avoid this stealership!!! More
