Bought a new jeep here. They recommended the tint shop and a nice gentlemen named Carlos. He said the tint was 100% warrantied. I said okay great. After going through the options I said I would like limo type darkness in the rear. He said okay your glass is smoked already, so if I put 30% across all the windows that should come close to doing it. I got the vehicle back and realized it really wasn't that much darker. He said to redo it he would have to charge me the cost of labor and materials. So I just decided to accept it Fast forward a year later my window received a crack in it. I was recommended to keep the warranty which repairs tires, windows, paint damage , key fobs etc... I received a crack in the window. They sent someone out but the gentlemen told me it can't be repaired and needs a replacement. I called Carlos to ask him about the warranty. He said no that's only for defective film itself. But the the warranty doesn't cover a replacement or damage caused by other things. So basically I over paid for a tiny job, also over paid for a warranty service that doesn't cover anything. We bought a new Ram 4x4 from them. After sale support is zero. Had it in 3 times for rear differential problems. First time said we had a bad batch of fluid so replaced fluids. Not lon After sale support is zero. Had it in 3 times for rear differential problems. First time said we had a bad batch of fluid so replaced fluids. Not long after, same grinding so brought it back. They found metal shavings in the differential fluid so replaced gears and fluids. Grinding returned. Now the discover water in the fluid so tell us it won’t be covered under warranty. We bought a new boat and told them we used the public paved boat ramp to launch our pontoon. Maybe had truck in 4” of water to launch. Seriously, you can’t get this truck in 4 INCHES of water? That’s what they told us. Very next day, truck started grinding again. Took it and traded it in at another dealership. Something is seriously just defective with this vehicle and they would not be responsible and stand behind their vehicles. Because of the truck being new, we were upside down on the trade in by a lot. If they would have been fair and ethical, they would have made this right. This dealership does not stand up to their promises and absolutely will not treat customers in a fair and ethical manner. Go somewhere else!! More
