We bought a new Ram 4x4 from them. After sale support is zero. Had it in 3 times for rear differential problems. First time said we had a bad batch of fluid so replaced fluids. Not lon After sale support is zero. Had it in 3 times for rear differential problems. First time said we had a bad batch of fluid so replaced fluids. Not long after, same grinding so brought it back. They found metal shavings in the differential fluid so replaced gears and fluids. Grinding returned. Now the discover water in the fluid so tell us it won’t be covered under warranty. We bought a new boat and told them we used the public paved boat ramp to launch our pontoon. Maybe had truck in 4” of water to launch. Seriously, you can’t get this truck in 4 INCHES of water? That’s what they told us. Very next day, truck started grinding again. Took it and traded it in at another dealership. Something is seriously just defective with this vehicle and they would not be responsible and stand behind their vehicles. Because of the truck being new, we were upside down on the trade in by a lot. If they would have been fair and ethical, they would have made this right. This dealership does not stand up to their promises and absolutely will not treat customers in a fair and ethical manner. Go somewhere else!! More

Do NOT ever bring your vehicle here for repairs. I dropped my Jeep off over Memorial Day 2025 weekend for a few easy recall repairs. When I picked it up a few days later, it had been broken into. Damage to the vehicle locking console as well as valuable items stolen. After some research and discussion with the service team members, break-ins at this location are a common occurrence. They are aware it happens every weekend yet continue to do nothing about it. And when I tried to go through the proper channels to get reimbursed, they basically told me they aren't responsible and it'd be on my to pay for the repairs and stolen items. Brent Rayfield, the General Manager, and Luis Villafane, the Service Shop Manager, are completely inept. They avoid calls and emails, and even tried to tell me I was lying when I said I was going to file police reports and reach out to local news outlets (two stations have informed me they are picking up the story, too, since it's a recurring issue). Never take your vehicle here for repairs. It won't be safe. I got my Jeep back in worse shape than when I dropped it off. Completely unacceptable. More

Maria was absolutely amazing and made me feel very welcomed. She was easy to talk to and was super helpful when I got oil change. I also wanted to give credit to Chaime (not sure on spelling) bc a welcomed. She was easy to talk to and was super helpful when I got oil change. I also wanted to give credit to Chaime (not sure on spelling) bc about a month or so ago I ran over white paint in the road. Imagine how panicked I was having a black jeep! I went in very upset and he took the time to help me power wash it. Some of the guys in the back also took their time in making sure it all came off and this is after it had dried. Chaime also stayed after all his coworkers were leaving just to make sure I was taken care of. I was there for over 2 hours and they took the time to help me. I can’t thank them enough. I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done if he hadn’t helped me out. I am super impressed with the customer service at this location. You all are obviously striving to make customers feel welcomed and leave happy. Thank you so much!!! Also the massage chairs are awesome! More
