**Buyer Beware** Extremely disappointed with my experience at Nyle Maxwell. I found a vehicle listed as new on their website that matched exactly what I was looking for. I even confirmed over the phone that it was a brand-new, never-owned vehicle and eligible for all the benefits of a new Jeep. However, when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the purchase, I was told — only then — that it was actually a demo unit. Despite my concerns, I was reassured that it still qualified for all new vehicle programs, so I moved forward with the purchase based on that assurance. Fast forward to my first oil change, and I find out the vehicle is not eligible for the complimentary two years of Jeep Wave. When I contacted the dealership, they offered no meaningful solution — just a vague offer of loyalty points if I downloaded their app. The whole experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I would not recommend doing business with any of the Nyle Maxwell dealerships. Trust and transparency matter, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. More

I worked with Mindy when I had my jeep serviced. She did everything to make my experience pleasant. She went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did she listen to me vent about the horrible experience I’ve h She did everything to make my experience pleasant. She went ABOVE and BEYOND. Not only did she listen to me vent about the horrible experience I’ve had with Mak Haik in the past but she went out of her way to make sure that I was a top priority. She contacted me multiple times to follow up and inform me that my part was on back order and again when it came in to get me scheduled. She ensured a follow up as well after installation to make sure I was satisfied and everything was working as expected. Not only was Mindy awesome, the whole staff in service is pleasant. Every time I have been there multiple employees ask to make sure I’ve been helped or if they can help in any way. You won’t get this service at Mak Haik. This is the ONLY dealership I will be using in the future. Thank you Mindy. And thank you Nyle Maxwell. More
