I was greeted by Megan and she was very knowledgeable. I had a regular service and some recalls to be done and she told me it was going to take 4 to 5 hours. She asked if I was going to stay and wait and I had a regular service and some recalls to be done and she told me it was going to take 4 to 5 hours. She asked if I was going to stay and wait and I told her yes. She was concerned about me staying for so long and offered to give me a ride home at no extra charge. Now that’s service!! Ft Myers Hyundai was amazing identifying the problem that the Tampa Hyundai dealer had misdiagnosed.
