Arrived early, very easy to find and easily understood where to go. Service advisor was very thorough. Didn’t try to push me on anything I didn’t need. Gave me a few recommendations. I planned on staying, but he informed me they could send me home in an Uber and get me back there when it’s ready which I did end up doing that. They finished everything fast and efficiently price was very reasonable. Micheal Hernandez was on top of everything and communication was a 10. Night and day from down with the Chevy dealership in Estero and Fort Myers compared to the service and communication. I never had better service than Tesla but Hyundai of Fort Myers is right on Power with them super clean wagon room stocked with snacks if you want anything. Car was serviced 4 weeks prior and we experienced an issue with one of the areas that was serviced. Brought it in to address, was told the issue was taken care of.
