Not good if you have a car out of warranty EVEN if you boght the car there and it Still Only has 65 thousand miles on it A person named Diane sent me 3 Emails and even a phone call. "Put your concerns in wrighting so we can go over and address your problems" Instead she dumped Jet Fuel on my concerns and problems.. The car was returned damaged and not only was I Not told in advance NO one in the service dept seemed to know how it happened. Then Diane put in wrighting "Your car is 13 years old unfortuunately wear such as dashboard cracking can occur overtime". IT WAS NOT OVER TIME it happend during the repair to the blower motor There fix was to send the car to the body shop where they would "fill the cracks and paint it" REALY!! Paint a dashboard?? The window switches that they said were in good working Also were Not fixed. Diane ALSO told me "I was lucky that I was not charged $750.00 MORE They also ask there customers to leave a 5 star rating " If there is a problem that you would Less Than a 5 star raring, please let us know so we can make it right" My make right was get lost.
