My newly assigned, He lied to me via a text AND straight to my face several times in front of others! He better lose his job over what he did to me! My newly assigned, Eric, and Sales Manager, Rex, were both amazing. Tim wasn’t even my salesperson and he kept offering to help me! At the end of the day, I walked away satisfied with the service and my new car. But NEVER use Marino! More

I had called the dealership to confirm to make sure that my battery was from there because I knew that it was changed either two or three years ago. I spoke to two different gentlemen in the service departm my battery was from there because I knew that it was changed either two or three years ago. I spoke to two different gentlemen in the service department on the same day and they both told me that I did not have any service for a battery change there. I then went to a local auto store and after being informed by them that my battery is bad and it does say Hyundai on it. I drove to Hyundai in person and went through all of my records with an advisor and they were able to find it. I was informed by an advisor and the tech, especially the tech confirmed that my battery was in warranty. I left my car Sunday afternoon. I did not hear back until I called around 1 PM Monday while even speaking to the advisor, I was only informed that my battery is bad, but there was another problem and he would call me back. I heard nothing so I left work at 4 PM to go there to find out what was wrong just to be informed that my battery was not changed or in warranty that the information was given in incorrect. I would have never left my car there in the first place. More

Everyone was polite & helpful. Until I left the dealership & the hood alarm started flashing on my screen & the alarm sounding. When I called Michael he assured me that only the secondary latch wasn't functioning & he'd ordered the part so the hood would not pop open, that I only needed to pull the lever under the dash to open the hood & slam it shut when I got home. My son opened the hood as I had been instructed but neither the primary nor the secondary latches engaged. Next day I had to take my husband to the cardiologist so I drove 30 mph in Lehigh with all the alarms for the hood going off. My hood DID pop open but when I pulled into a driveway to close it the little bump over the curb caused the hood to slam shut. I continued to the Dr appointment, then called Michael on my way home. He talked as though it was my son's fault that the hood popped open; but he was the one who had told me to open the hood & slam it shut. He also talked as though he didn't believe that the hood had really popped open since it hadn't cracked my windshield. I am afraid to drive the car back to the dealership at 30 mph on Colonial with my flashers going & the possibility of my hood popping open. I do not mean to denigrate Michael's work or character; I'm just reporting what happened & why I didn't give the dealership a top score. More
