It is absolutely terrible. They try to have me give you my car for free and overcharge me for a car that says it was only going for 22,000 and then told me since I’m paying cash for it. Dropped the call off before 9:30. Was told warranty repair could take all day. We got called a after 4 and was told car was done. When we picked up car Carol advised all set. After we got home saw on invoice that part was ordered. Replied to text message from Carol asking if we needed to come back. No reply. I called and spoke with someone in service the next day and they confirmed the had to order part and yes we would have to come back. I would think that Service would make sure that the parts needed for a warranty would be on hand, so why weren't we told when we notified before we arrived, or when we arrived. Why was are car kept all day when the part wasn't there? Also, when we picked up the car, why were we not told then we would have to come back rather than being told everything taken care of? More
