Good experience and staff was excellent. Explained how long the wait would be. Offered me a Uber ride home and back to dealership. Service completed quickly. Explained how long the wait would be. Offered me a Uber ride home and back to dealership. Service completed quickly. More
Took car in for an oil change and I suspected it needed an air filter. The technician told me exactly what I expected. Showed me videos. My only complaint is that his English was not good and it was diffic an air filter. The technician told me exactly what I expected. Showed me videos. My only complaint is that his English was not good and it was difficult to read what the computer thought he was saying. But I got the general idea. The service was good and didn't take all that long. The service tech was good. All good. More
I don’t think I’ll ever buy another car from this dealership again. It really felt like no one cared about my concerns. After having to come back multiple times, I even overheard another salesperson dealership again. It really felt like no one cared about my concerns. After having to come back multiple times, I even overheard another salesperson make a rude comment out of spite, saying, “Your favorite customer is here to see you.” After my car was tinted, my gate opener, which cost me $100, was ruined, and the lid to my mini trash can was completely gone. It’s not just about the items themselves—it’s about respecting a customer’s property. If certain accessories need to be removed or could be damaged during service, customers should be informed beforehand so they can take them out or make other arrangements. Taking care of a customer’s belongings should be part of providing good service, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. More
