The advisers try to keep you informed as best they can; it's the techs that are not well versed (Spanish) or English)for me I needed English) on the inspection report. Some people have the common sense to figure what the issue is when they first come in. I was very disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a deep cleaning, but when I got my vehicle back, several of my personal items had not been put back. In addition, the center console was not cleaned thoroughly, which was disappointing considering I paid for a deep cleaning service. I also had a difficult time getting updates. I called multiple times and felt like I wasn't getting a response or any sense of urgency regarding my missing belongings. When the dealership eventually found some of my missing items, they apologized for not being able to locate one of the remaining items. It wasn't until I asked what they were going to do to replace the missing item that they offered to purchase a replacement. I appreciated that they ultimately made it right, but I don't feel I should have had to ask for a resolution. Overall, the lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and the way the situation was handled made this a frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service. More
