Shayne Blitz made sure I was taking care of. I had an appointment with Cattyshack Cafe and my car was not done. It was taken longer to fix than I anticipated so Shayne got me an Uber to the plac I had an appointment with Cattyshack Cafe and my car was not done. It was taken longer to fix than I anticipated so Shayne got me an Uber to the place I wanted to be and pick me when I was done. I was surprised!! No question ask! Shayne was super awesome and a great guy to talk to. He even walk out with me waiting on Uber. It was my first time riding on Uber for the very first time. I told Shayne I was nervous riding with someone I didn't know and if the person was legit. He reassure me everything is going to be alright!! I am very pleased with my service advisor... he went on beyond...that is what you call being taken care of!!!! More

We felt like William went above and beyond for us in finding the right vehicle. He was also able to get us a fair price that was affordable for us. We had a slight issue with only being given one key an finding the right vehicle. He was also able to get us a fair price that was affordable for us. We had a slight issue with only being given one key and the glovebox wouldn't shut all of the way so we came back and Alain Desangles was a huge help in getting that fixed for us as William was tending to another customer.
