When it was clear that the car needed more, he stayed late to get my car in next day's line up and got me a ride-share home! the next day BOOM my issue fixed! This dealership is under investigation for fraudulent sales practices and cheating the elderly. back in October I bought a brand new palisade. After closing, I discovered it had a transmission problem an sales practices and cheating the elderly. back in October I bought a brand new palisade. After closing, I discovered it had a transmission problem and could not be delivered. The manager offered another one for the same price which I accepted. The new car lasted approximately 100 miles before the transmission exploded. After 45 days I went to get my money back and the manager offered me a brand new 26 Palisade for the same price, he lied. So during the process of this, he jammed my credit up by having two banks financing two different cars. Several months later when I went to refinance the car, I discovered I had never received vehicle registration. I discovered that my license had been revoked it because of no insurance because Fort Myers Hyundai had screwed up the paperwork. I confronted them about this and they hide and lie. Do not go to Fort Myers Hyundai or any other Gordon owned dealership unless you want to be cheated. There are plenty of other artist dealers out there. More
