Michael was very knowledgable about the dealership and inventory and he was extremely friendly! He made me feel comfortable enough to ask even questions that may sound stupid to other salespeople, but was very understanding. He made my first car buying experience an amazing one! And I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales person to my friends and family. O'Daniel is better than other dealerships because its family-owned and the employees make you feel like family. Quentin was very quick and gave me good tips and advice during the financing portion of the car buying process. It was the right car for us and we bought it. What impressed me was Steve's willingness to listen to us and then, when the time was right, suggest a vehicle we had not yet seen. The after sale experience was equally good with paperwork completed quickly, questions answered and review of the vehicle we purchased.
