This was our second time purchasing from O'Daniel. We chose them this time because our buying experience with them last year was so positive. We were not disappointed. We went to O'daniel with a pretty good idea of what we wanted to pay for a new vehicle and what we felt our trade in was worth. They worked well with us to very close to these numbers. Terry and Lauren were both a pleasure to deal with. We arrived late in the afternoon and by the time we realized there was a time consuming project to do on the new car, it was time for the techs to go ho arrived late in the afternoon and by the time we realized there was a time consuming project to do on the new car, it was time for the techs to go home. Yet somehow it was worked out to have a couple stay and do the necessary work, so we would not have to take a 70 mile trip back to have it done another day. We appreciated that. Also, when we initially stopped in to buy the car, Terry made every effort to find the one we wanted. I knew when I walked in what I wanted to pay, we dickered some but when we made the deal we were satisfied. We bought our last new car from O'Daniel and it will probably be our first stop when we are in the marked again. More

My experience at O'Daniel Honda with Kalesa was certainly a surprise! We are looking for a smaller vehicle than our Odessey to fit our family's many needs. She asked questions that helped me to narrow down the "field" of vehicles, was knowledgeable when answering my questions, was quick to obtain info about the vehicles I looked at (carfax, vehicle check and repairs, etc.), and was NOT pushy/did NOT pressure me into purchasing a car immediately. Our past experiences with dealerships has not always been pleasurable. But I was impressed with the way Kalesa and her manager made me feel at ease and showed that they truly wanted me to find the best fit for my family's needs. Whether we purchase a vehicle at this time or not, we will certainly place O'Daniel Honda at the top of our list of places to check first for our next car. Thank you! More
