This dealership does not honor their own quotes. I spoke with Mr. Robert Wilkie over the phone and was quoted an OTD price. When asking for a written offer prior to driving 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, Mr. Wilkie refused but insisted that he had "been in this business for 10 years" and that he is always true to his word. I reiterated to him that I was weary of taking off work and driving so far, especially given the COVID situation, only to find out there was a hidden fee or a miscalculation. He again insisted that he was a man of his word. Two days later while on my way to the dealership I got a call from a sales manager claiming that "we don't know where he got that price" and that they could not honor it. The manager repeatedly insisted that he was trying to help me by telling me this. I missed a day of work because of Mr. Wilkie and this dealership's scummy and dishonest tactics. I wonder how many people they've done this to over the last "10 years." More
