Very easy, no hassle experience We were very happy with our experience at O'Donnell Honda, especially with our salesperson, Alex Vinogradsky. We came in knowing the exact car and tri We were very happy with our experience at O'Donnell Honda, especially with our salesperson, Alex Vinogradsky. We came in knowing the exact car and trim we wanted to see/test drive. He did not try to change our minds or get us in a more expensive model/trim. After scanning a license, he gave us the keys and sent us on the test drive by ourselves. Other dealerships insisted on going with us or explaining every minute detail about certain systems before letting us drive. When we got back, he showed us the discounted price through True Car and that was that. No hassle, no hidden fees or tricks. This dealership also does not put any pre-installed packages on their cars so that you can get the base model if you want it, or can order those packages yourself at closing. Since we did not want or need any of the packages ourselves, this made things very easy. They also allow you to put down a fully refundable $100 deposit on any unsold car in their inventory so that it will not be test driven or bought before you are ready to make your decision. No one else offered that. After a few hiccups at other places during the car buying process, O'Donnell was a breath of fresh air. Alex was very personable and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to him the next time we are looking for a car. Brian in finance/accounting was also great. After the car inspection and final test drive, I think we were done with the paperwork in about 15 minutes. That is unheard of! More
