I agree that it is very disappointing that I did not have a good experience at your service center. What caused the low rating was the lack of concern on the part of the service personnel. Even if this is accepted as a busier period for the service center, that still does not excuse the lack of respect or concern for the customer that was clearly exhibited the day I was at your service center. Earlier in the year I had service performed on my car. While there were disappointments, the service representative worked with me to create a level of satisfaction acceptable to both of us. I do not feel I can change my rating on DealerRater. I believe it to be fair and accurate. My rating will only be on DealerRater as I have no desire to take the matter to US Honda. I hope that your service reps improve their ability to be proactive even in times of increased busy periods.
