I have purchased two cars from O'Donnell Honda and my experience in both cases could not have been better. Their customer oriented business plan is perfectly executed. I believe O'Donnell is the rare exception for an auto franchise in the Baltimore/Washington area. The young salesman (Shayne Wilson) who worked with me was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Within 35 minutes, we had arrived at an on the road price for a 2013 CRV EX AWD that was far superior to any other Honda dealer I had visited. No bloated MSRP, no inflated dealer add on items, no low ball on my trade in, no sales gimmicks (e.g., free oil changes, free car washes, free semi-yearly inspections, etc.) factored into either the price or listed as a "savings", and no special dealer markup. When I picked up the CRV, I was out the door in under an hour. We chose the two add on items that we wanted, and they were discount priced. I am certain from my experience that O'Donnell Honda is unlike any other Honda dealer in the area, Based upon my experience, I will not consider any other Honda dealer for sales or service in the future, and I highly recommend O'Donnell to family and friends. The price was way better than the other dealers offered and we didn't feel pressured to buy. I was a previous customer and decided that I wanted to investigate the Honda Odyssey so I went back to where I purchased my first car from since it was such a good experience back then. Then the next day, Chris Councill emailed me with a Quote and his contact information. I was still hesitant because I wasn't sure of my Credit and ability to afford a minivan. Chris listened to me, and suggested that I complete a credit application online so that I could easy my credit fears, and he also scheduled me for a test drive so that I could confirm if an Odyssey was what I really wanted. Chris patiently waited for me to make my decision to come in and purchase my Odyssey. Once i finally arrived to the dealership, Chris seemed genuinely happy to meet me, he kept me calm through the waiting process for finance, he helped me select the color of my Odyssey, he assisted me with cleaning out my trade-in, he congratulated me when I came out of finance, and he explained all of the features in my new purchase until I felt comfortable. Jason in finance explained every option thoroughly until I had the monthly payment that I was comfortable with. Chris was more of a friend, rather than a salesperson and i was so happy with his customer service and the O'Donnell experience. The sales rep I dealt with the last 2 purchases was Musa Musa and he was easy to negotiate with and certainly worked with me on a final price. He thoroughly explained all issues and was well-versed on the model and he had a good knowledge of insurance and title issues. If you are financing through American Honda FC, O'Donnell's finance dept is very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Last but not least, O'Donnell's Service Dept is first-rate and has quality service reps as well as technicians. The waiting room is neat and clean with coffee, TV and even a kid's rooom. The service dept. gets you in and out quickly and will explain fully any repairs that need to be done to your vehicle. All-in-all, I would definitely recommend O'Donnell Honda if you decide to purchase a Honda. More

We bought a new Honda Accord recently at O'Donnell Honda. We were able to find the car with the features we were looking for, test drive it immediately, agree on a price, sign the papers, have it pre Honda. The negotiations were straightforward -- no running back and forth to the sales manager and no long delays. Our salesman, Stan, was knowledgable about the car and its features, shared them readily with us, and treated us with courtesy and respect throughout the process. The gentleman who led us through the paper signing and payment process was equally polite and efficient. We received our new registration cards, stickers, and license plates at the dealership. We're very happy with our new Accord and will return again to O'Donnell Honda. More
