I had a wonderful experience at O-Donnell Honda. I never felt pressured or rushed, but always felt that I could ask anything or pop in any time during the process of buying my new car. They had everything ready ahead of time when they knew I was coming (to sign papers; to have remote start installed)and never seemed bothered when I arrived unannounced (to ask questions or look at the car again). Robert even had a rental car ready for me when he foufn out that the remote start install would take a few hours. Everyonein the dealership was friendly, even though they weren't working directly with me on my purchase. This is the second time I have purchased with O'Donnell Honda, and while I did test drive a few other makes of cars, Honda service and vehicles were by far the best. I won't even bother with other dealerships when I am ready for my next car...which considering it's a HOnda, may be a while! Thanks for everything! More
