I was in the market for a new work truck and O'Fallon came up as one of the top rated dealers with the best discounts in the nation, so I gave them a call and got Paul as my Sales guy. Paul and I went back and forth about the truck and my trade in over a few days. I'm from WI and never bought a vehicle from another state. Paul assured me they do this all the time and there should be no worries. We made a deal on the truck, Paul pulled it off the sales floor and put it into service to get ready for me to pick up the next day. The next morning, 5 hours into our drive Paul called to drop a bomb, a manager the night prior, took the truck out of service and sold it. Crazy. Since we were almost there, we continued to the dealer to see if there was other trucks on the lot we would like. Paul met us at the door and was very kind and apologetic. They had another truck on the lot that was the same model but had a lot of "extras" I really wasn't into or needed. After some negotiations we worked out a deal and I am happy with the truck. At one point we met with Richard the GM. Richard came off as very arrogant and unapologetic. By self admittance, he was the one who pulled the keys the night before and sold the truck that was reserved for me. We never got an apology from him. He was in "sales" mode the whole time and it was a bit aggravating. 100% of the reason this review is getting 5 stars is because of Paul. He's a down to earth, straight forward guy. Johnny on the spot throughout the whole process. In the end, we left happy. We would do business with O'Fallon again. Also, Micheal Johnson is one cool dude! More

I went to O'Fallon Buick GMC for an inspection of my 2023 GMC Acadia prior to renewing my license plates. I purchased my Acadia there. I was unfortunately late to my appointment by about a 1/2 hour, due to GMC Acadia prior to renewing my license plates. I purchased my Acadia there. I was unfortunately late to my appointment by about a 1/2 hour, due to a traffic accident that backed up traffic. They were very understanding, and proceeded to do my inspection in a time-efficient manner. This dealership always provides excellent service. More
It would have been great if I didn’t have to come 3 times to get one problem fixed when it should have been fixed the first visit. I also had to dive from Warrenton to Ofallon both ways in terrible traffic to get one problem fixed when it should have been fixed the first visit.
