The service manager “Joe” said the work would take 1 hour. 4 hours later and half a day lost of work I had to get a loaner vehicle. Paid for an oil change and routine maintenance and my tires were not rotated. I only know this because the same time has been losing air over the last few weeks. Would not recommend for tire rotations. My tires were rotated but rebalance was not completed. Upon driving on highway after rotation I experienced significant shake/vibrations in my steeri My tires were rotated but rebalance was not completed. Upon driving on highway after rotation I experienced significant shake/vibrations in my steering wheel and entire truck at speeds 50mph+. I brought back to service center immediately and was told a rebalance was not performed when they did the rotation and I would need to schedule an appt. When your service department does not perform service correctly resulting in something that could cause wrongful tire wear & damage, they should immediately resolve the issue. I have travel to do and can’t wait for a scheduled appt, so I took it to Discount Tire who free of charge took a look…they found that the front wheels were significantly off balance (post your rotation) and also that the lug nuts were not torked correctly causing the wheels to not be sitting flush on the hubs. . Needed the blower replaced on my Chevy Cruze. Service Advisors Joe and Nik and Service Department Manager Don, were, as usual, very friendly and professional.
