In January of 2019, we had an opportunity to travel to O'Fallon, MO and the surrounding areas and instantly knew that we wanted to join the O'Fallon community.

Made appointment on line which fit my schedule. Easy check in process when I arrived and service advisor explained what I asked them to do. I went to waiting area and had some coffee and snack. During the time for the service, I was able to get a little work done using the WiFi at the dealer. Service was completed in about the time they estimated. I paid for it at the cashiers office and it was parked inside ready for me to drive. Overall easy experience. More

Roger in sales worked with us to find the exact car we wanted even though it took nearly a week to get the right vehicle.
