We bought a 2024 Envision in June. It currently has less than 2000 miles on it and the air conditioner has gone out, not blowing cold air. Took the car in and have been told that it could takes MONTHS to get the part. How can Buick or this dealership allow this to happen. How can a car with less than 2000 miles have it's AC go out already. We apparently are not the only ones this a car in this service department "waiting" on the repair part. Be wary of buying Buick. I wish we had done more research before we did. More
