I've been a Ford truck guy all of my life. Ford made some major changes in the engines available, especially on their upper trim levels. This change prompted me to look elsewhere. I was really dreading having to develop a new relationship with regards to buying vehicles. However, I was talking with a friend, and he mentioned that another friend had just purchased a truck from Christy Thornton at O'Fallon Buick GMC. The dealership is really close to my home, so it was very convenient for me to drop in and look. Christy was great from the start and asked me what I was looking for. I explained to her that I was just looking at options because of what Ford had done with their powerplants, and that it appeared my only option was to move back up to a Super Duty diesel, or look elsewhere, so here I was. I told her the type of trim level I was looking for and critical options that were important to me. I drove the vehicle, and I really liked it, it was different than what I was used to, but it was nice. We talked off and on for 3 or 4 days while I was agonizing over what to do. In the end, Christy's perseverance, and I don't mean this in any kind of negative way, as she was not high pressure at all, earned my business. I also had a couple of conversations with Dariel, the Sales Manager, and he was fantastic as well. All in all, a really enjoyable experience. I buy a new truck about every 3 years, so I'll definitely be coming back to see Christy next time I need a vehicle. More

The car even had a damaged interior trim piece, they ordered the part before we even began negations and gave us a “due bill” before we signed any paperwork. All in all everyone was professional and courteous, personally not interested in Buick or GMC vehicles but if they have a car on their lot I want I would go back. More
