From the minute I walked in the door Christy was so comforting and made this so easy. I had been to many dealerships with them keep telling me no. She smiled at me and said turn around. Is that the color of the 2026 Encore GX you picked out? She made a copy of my license and sent me on my way down the road. When I got back she sid with a smiled How do you like it?: I said I love it. Then the process went from there. Jarrod was awesome to deal with as well with signing the paperwork. It took me a little over 2 hours which it didn't seem like that long. I could of stayed 6'6. It felt like I was right at home I would totally recommend buying from Christy or any of that staff really. I am very pleased with how they do business. They showed me where the service department was, restrooms was, snacks was Showed me how to download the Buick app. As soon as I pick up my baby I will.be happy.
