We were pleasantly pleased with our salesman and loan officer. I have to admit that I thought the add on Facebook was a scam when I first saw it on Sunday, after a few interactions with Paul I figured it officer. I have to admit that I thought the add on Facebook was a scam when I first saw it on Sunday, after a few interactions with Paul I figured it was the real deal with some doubt in my mind. We set an appointment for Tuesday, Paul confirmed the time and date then checked in with me on Monday. We arrived at the time we discussed, met with Paul, test drove the truck, then sat down to cut a deal. After a short price discussion we agreed on a price, he set up the truck to be checked and cleaned, we went in to work with Wayman on financing and signing the paperwork, got our keys/temp tags, then left. As a consumer, I have almost always had buyer's remorse but here I am 3 days later and still pleased with the truck and the deal we made with Paul. We feel that you have a very good dealership with good employees. (rare these days) Paul focused on us and our needs, he was very friendly and accommodating. Not that we will be in the market for some time but if we do end up needing another vehicle we will check with your team for options. Thank you all for a pleasant experience. More
