The shopping process was very cordial and helpful. The salesman and the staff made every effort to find the right size car with the right options to match our list of desired features. They were able to meet with us at various times on multiple days while we were in our decision-making stage. However, once we agreed upon a purchase, then the "prompt attention to the customer" went away, especially when it came to talking with the finance people. The first "meeting with you in a minute" was about 25 minutes later. Then an attempt to call the dealership dead-ended with voicemails. Then an in-person visit to the dealership to ask a few questions of the finance people never got an in-person meeting in the 50 minutes we were there...instead we go a phone call as we were heading home to another commitment. The sales people were still trying to help, but sales and finance were not in sync on more than one occasion. The finance "process" was pretty simple and straight-forward, although we were asked to sign some documents/statements the were not applicable to us (i.e. we had no trade-in), but getting to actually meet with the finance team was not an easy task.
