This visit was unsatisfactory. Went in for tire rotation and oil change. Tires were not rotated. Took truck back in immediately after noticing. Brought in my 2023 Sierra for its first oil change and tire rotation at about 6k miles. Upon driving on the highway for the first time post rotation I started experiencing severe vibrations in my steering tire rotation at about 6k miles. Upon driving on the highway for the first time post rotation I started experiencing severe vibrations in my steering wheel and entire truck. I immediately brought it back to the service department and was told they did not re balance my tires upon rotation and I would need to schedule another appt. Considering the amount of vibration and potential for damage/risk, I took it to discount tire who told me the balance was not only off by .3 but that the lug nuts were not properly torqued causing 2 of the wheels to not be sitting flush on the hub. I had higher expectations of a dealership to #1 do the job correctly and #2 have a higher level of customer service to take care of a problem they created right away. More
