I bought a car from their La Jolla showroom for over $150k and as soon as the car was mine, they turned their back on me.
They gave me the car with floor mats that were from another model
They stored the car for me in Beverly Hills since I was out of the country and when I received the car it had a scratch in the rear. It is a $500 repair and they will not do it. I have proof that the car was delivered to storage scratch free and received it back with the scratch. How cheap of a company with the worse customer service.
They lied to me that the car was a trade in from a local guy, but it actually came from TEXAS.
Te used car sales person from La Jolla, was absolutely rude to me on the phone after not returning my calls.
Spoke to Shawn the manager of the dealer and he seems very nice and respectful. He sent me after market floor mats, even though I sent an invoice to them for Mercedes floor mats (something better than nothing still)
He never called me back about the scratch just had the sales guy give me quote to fix it.
I leased an expensive car from Beverly Hills before for 2 years and had no issues.
They do not deserve to have mature clients and treat them like dirt. I will let everyone I know not to buy from them. Enough of this rude treatment and cheap attitude.
I asked for the owners email from sales in Beverly Hills and never received it.
