This was absolutely the WORST experience ever. I beg you, unless you like being treated like dirt, go somewhere else...anywhere! The dealer, Josh N., was aloof, disconnected, and downright rude. The vehicle I wanted to test drive apparently didn't have enough fuel, so Josh went to put more fuel in it. I don't know how O'Malley Honda expects to sell vehicles that don't even have enough fuel in them for a test drive. It took Josh 10 minutes to fill it with 1/4 tank of fuel at the gas station just one-half mile away. I asked him if he was going to go over any of the features of the vehicle with me. He said, and I kid you not, “I don’t normally do that with used vehicles.” What?!? This was a $30K+ used vehicle--a fair amount of money. Once inside the dealership, Josh went to an office on the opposite side of the showroom and then yelled across the showroom and waved for me to come over. Apparently, I wasn't worth the walk ALL THE WAY across the showroom; a shout and a wave was sufficient in his mind. At one point, I called Josh and left a message for him to call me back. After 48 hours, he still hadn't called me. I contacted him again and he told me something like, "I called you but I had the wrong number so I didn't leave a message." I'm not sure why he didn't retrieve the right number from the voicemail message but he didn't. There is no such thing as good service at O'Malley Honda in Wausau. Run away fast...go to the Rhinelander or Stevens Point location if you want to buy a Honda. DO NOT GO TO O'MALLEY HONDA!
