Waited for 20 minutes just to be checked in for an oil change and tire rotation. When scheduling I was told it would take about an hour and could wait. After 4.5 hours of not hearing anything about it being ready and calling multiple times with no one picking up I showed up in person and was called as I was walking in. 4.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation is absurd. A lot of work was put on the truck the first time. And we have a lot more work that needs to be done. I have to work out my schedule so that I can drop the truck off to get the rest of the work done. Brake pads need to be replaced on the faunt wheels. Passenger side axle gasket has to be replaced. The steering mechanism has to be worked on. I will try to get the truck in for repair there in a couple weeks. Thanks for all your help. More
