Awesome O‘meara Team!! Jack and AJ are absolutely great! I had an oil leak and check engine light on and asked for a Saturday appointment due my commute to work. Jack said Jack and AJ are absolutely great! I had an oil leak and check engine light on and asked for a Saturday appointment due my commute to work. Jack said he wanted my truck in sooner than that and seeing as how all the loaner vehicles were out he got me a rental for the very next day! He kept me updated throughout the day and I got my truck back at 5 o’clock just as he promised. Jack and AJ both are what every other dealership wish they had! They are absolutely the best customer service anybody could ever ask for and set bar for every other service department by far!! Thank you guys!! PS I’ll be there as soon as the new big Denali’s are here ;) More

Quick and easy Got to my appointment time early and was greeted instantly. Check in took three minutes. Pick up was just as easy and fast. Great experience. Took too long I made an appointment for 7:00 a.m. to have routine maintenance done on my Buick Encore - oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was told the I made an appointment for 7:00 a.m. to have routine maintenance done on my Buick Encore - oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was told the service technicians didn't start work until 8:00 a.m. I was told I would be the first one done and be out of there by 8:30-8:45. At 9:30, my car was finally done. If you're not going to start work until 8:00, then either change your hours to 8:00, hire someone to come in at 7:00, or tell the customer that their work doesn't begin until an hour later. I had to sit there for an hour before my car was even taken in. Also, I don't think it looks too good to have the service technicians come into the customer waiting area to get coffee and snacks every five minutes. Especially when they're supposed to be working on your car. Either build them their own coffee area, or tell them to stop taking breaks every five minutes. Needless to say, I am not very happy with the service I was provided at O'Meara Buick. This is the first time that I can say that. The last times I brought my car in, I didn't have any problems. More

Service center fixed wrong thing and will not refund Absolutely will never take my car back to this place which is unfortunate as I bought my car here in 2011 and have taken it to them for every oil chan Absolutely will never take my car back to this place which is unfortunate as I bought my car here in 2011 and have taken it to them for every oil change and repair since purchasing. The issue now is this is the second time I have taken my car here to have them fix (and charge me) for something that was not the problem and when I return my car to be fixed they refuse to give me a refund for the work that was done incorrectly. They simply do not care about their customers and only care about their profits as this is evident that they are willing to lose a customer of over 7 years so easily. More
