I have been having my vehicle serviced here since 2006 and I have never had an issue on the road. While your vehicle is in for service they have a nice waiting area that offers free WiFi, coffee, refreshments, today's newspaper and many other comforts all while sitting in comfortable chairs with desktop tables for your tablet. They keep you informed on the progress and how much longer to expect. To top it all off they return your vehicle washed and looking great! I am very impressed by O'Neill Nissan. More

Excellent service as always!! I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that I thought one tire had a slow leak. Everything was done in a little ove I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also mentioned that I thought one tire had a slow leak. Everything was done in a little over an hour, including plugging two nail holes. I feel that O’Neil is fair and honest. While I was waiting, I overheard part of a couple of conversations where it sounded as if some other customers needed a good bit of work on their cars. There was no “hard sell” to get everything done at once. Customers were given printed estimates so they could take the time to review and see what they wanted to do. I appreciated seeing that! More

Not holding a charge I purchased a new maxima the end of June. This weekend it developed a charge issue. I texted the gm who replied right away. I dropped the car off at t I purchased a new maxima the end of June. This weekend it developed a charge issue. I texted the gm who replied right away. I dropped the car off at the dealer on Sunday, filled out the envelope and with no appointment. The car was done about 830. The called. I asked the service to just double check for error msgs. The car was ready in less that 90 min. No fuss. They did great. M More
