We just purchased a 2025 Nissan Rogue. We wanted a bigger car with regular tires. We traded in a 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport which we had previously purchased at this dealership. We got an excellent trade in value. We like dealing with this dealership because their salespeople are low key and not pushy. Orlando is an excellent salesman. Their service department is very clean and efficient.

They made everything easy and stress free and the work was completed on time. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I truly appreciate Justin’s and Chris’s help. Bill as a salesperson and Jeff as an online connection and finance person have introduced me to the Nissan Pathfinder. I am possibly interested in downsizing from a Silverado Crewcab to an SUV and both men have invested a lot of time in showing me the various models with a test drive. Financing exploration continues to be ongoing. Bill really made an effort to define the variety of Pathfinder models. He has a full understanding of this customer’s needs. I’d recommend Bill as an outstanding salesperson to negotiate with.

Started going there last week with an engine light. I knew about what was needed. They had me out in a short time with the items I also added to be repaired. I was told there was a deeper issue with the check engine light. If it returned, this other price needed to be replaced. On Friday I had the piece changed. Thank you to Michaela I was notified of the status. Great customer service. I will return in the future.

We went in looking for our daughter’s first car, and like any parents with a teenage driver, we had plenty of questions and wanted to make sure we were making the right decision. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed, comfortable and incredibly well taken care of. From the front desk to Kacey, our sales representative, to John Z., the General Manager, and even ownership, every single person went out of their way to make sure we found the right car for our daughter. Any parent knows how unnerving it can be when your child starts driving. Knowing she was leaving in something safe, comfortable and right for her meant everything to us, and the entire team made sure we felt confident and happy with our decision. They deserve a zero for what they did to me. I bought a brand new Nissan Pathfinder platinum in 2023 and the only service department I took it to was Cherry Hill, Nissan then I started having a problem with my driver side window that no matter how far I rolled it down when I tried to roll it up it would continue to go down. I took it back several times starting from 29,000 miles when it was under warranty they kept doing other things besides what they should’ve did from the beginning, which they told me was to change the regulator then when I got to 90,000 miles, which I had took the call back several times for the same thing, they tried to tell me I needed to pay for the repair, which was the same regulator that they told me about when I first brought the car there and I went through corporate Nissan and they still said that I had to pay for it, which is horrible and I will never ever buy another Nissan in my life because you cannot claim your fixing something five or six times and then on the seventh time, tell me that I have to pay for it when it’s not under warranty no more they suck

I purchased a used car from this dealership. With online shopping as popular as it is I thought buying from a new car dealer would be ok. I was wrong. The car was basically misrepresented. The cracked windshield and dent in the hood front were not disclosed and were conveniently not in any of the pictures I requested. Tire tread was misrepresented. A service brakes light was on which was not disclosed. Dealership did not even bother to replace worn windshield wipers. I had to request multiple times for the paperwork for the mandatory dealer adds of a warranty and theft deterrent. I would caution anyone thinking of purchasing from this dealership.
