Always friendly, promptand well done I have been a customer of O'Neil Nissan for years and I have leased and bought cars there. Even though the buying and leasing seems to be typically so I have been a customer of O'Neil Nissan for years and I have leased and bought cars there. Even though the buying and leasing seems to be typically somewhat stressful, at least O'Neil minimizes the stress. I do not like the negotiating process which seems unduly burdensome. However, the online services which provide close approximations of the price to be paid helps the process. I especially want to commend the service manager, Tom Olkowski, who is the frontline person for the service work. Typically, as customers we do not see the mechanics, but they must be well-trained and responsible with Tom in charge. The service writer I usually deal with, also named Tom, is always attentive, friendly and efficient I have known the service manager for years and while no one is indispensable, he comes pretty close. I know the owner, Bill O'Neil, and he has vouched for that statement. I almost forgot Justin Hopp who is in charge of the Express Service. Since I typically use the express service for oil changes and other minor work, he is the one I see. He is efficient, friendly and easy to deal with. More

Repair Check I scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance thing that my windshield washer reservoir with rack. I would have assumed they would have ordered the part in case it was so weird to be replaced in one visit. I went for my appointment they said they never order parts ahead of time they want to look at it and empathize and now I have to go back for a second visit because the reservoir is Leaking at the seal. For all the times they have to order parts has been the back-and-forth it would make much more sense to have it there so you can take care of the customer in one visit More

My disappointment is due to the 1 1/2 hour wait for a simple oil change. Nissan offers the special oil change service for a fee at time of purchase. Years ago, you promised an oil change within 30 minutes and you kept to your word! Things have gone down hill in the last few years. Not only do you no longer promise a 30 minute wait, you will not allow me to make an appointment for my oil change, hence the 1 1/2 hour wait. This is very disappointing considering my past history with you. More

I have always been a fan of Nissan Altimas since 1993 and, because of O'Neil's service team, I have been able to put many miles on my cars. My last was a 2005 Altima before purchasing (always at O'Neil!) my 2016 SL. When I have a problem, it is pinpointed, explained and resolved. I also have observed the same friendly, informative conversations each service member has with other customers in the waiting area when their car is ready. I never have to worry about problems when leaving the dealership, I always feel that they put our safety first. More
