Check Engine- Confident Results Johnnie, my service advisor was consistently professional and approachable with a nagging check engine dilemma. He kept me informed as to the issue a Johnnie, my service advisor was consistently professional and approachable with a nagging check engine dilemma. He kept me informed as to the issue and processes the dealership follows in determining the best solution. Although it took two visits, I never questioned that we'd get it corrected. And they did....as well as covered by my Honda extended warranty. I would add that the dealership has been exemplary throughout the entire process from buying to servicing. Recall work I've been going to O"Neill's for over 10 years to service my Honda's because they are friendly, professional, and timely with completing the scheduled I've been going to O"Neill's for over 10 years to service my Honda's because they are friendly, professional, and timely with completing the scheduled work. I've taken advantage of the free shuttle service when necessary or worked in their convenient waiting area. They also use genuine Honda replacement parts. They are not the least expensive, but i am willing to pay the extra for the combined features. More
