Service Department Dissappointment I took my 2003 Honda Accord to the O'Neill Honda Service department as the A/C unit had intermittent performance issues. I was told that the condense I took my 2003 Honda Accord to the O'Neill Honda Service department as the A/C unit had intermittent performance issues. I was told that the condenser needed to be replaced. O'Neill estimated the cost to be $1,000.00. I then took the car to a reputable mechanic. He replaced the relay switch, a $40.00 part and charged me $75.00 in labor. I would encourage getting multiple estimates before having O'Neill Honda's Service department make any significant repairs. More
