They seem to love to waste your time. I bought one vehicle here and they were very deceptive hoping we wouldn't notice that they would increase the APR or add things, each time they came I bought one vehicle here and they were very deceptive hoping we wouldn't notice that they would increase the APR or add things, each time they came back with the paperwork they had added something else. It takes four hours to get your oil changed and another half hour after you show up to collect your car. I spent 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment for service only to be told that there was a "page and a half" of people in front of me and they would call me back. I called when they opened so apparently they have no staff to even make an appointment for my truck whose tranny seized up at 24k miiles. I love my truck, unfortunately I have to deal with a dealership that has me under their thumb so they don't worry about customer satisfaction. More

Batteries needed replacing only 7 months after purchase wouldn’t replace under warranty had to pay and they didn’t even clean corrosion on clamps. This dealership by far is the worst I've seen in my entire life. Transmission shot with a warranty but still paid thousands on a rental because obviously chevy can't build a reliable truck any longer a entire life. Horrible experience. They forced me to pay additional money so their sales department wouldn’t take the hit for delaying to pay off the lien on the truck I traded in. They forced me to pay additional money so their sales department wouldn’t take the hit for delaying to pay off the lien on the truck I traded in. Basically held my plates at their office until I agreed to pay. I only found out what they did was illegal, after the fact. Basically forced me to sign a contract for one amount, and made me pay cash for their negligence in getting the lien paid off at a later date then they were supposed to. They were well aware that the lien it had accrued daily interest, but chose to take their time and pass on the cost to me , after I had already executed the contract with them. Shady and scummy people here, do not recommend. More
