Last minute oil change My husband and I had purchased a 2016 Cadillac SRX from a Virginia dealership within the last few months. We both have had extremely busy schedules and knew that it was time to have our oil changed and tires rotated. With that in mind we also knew that our car is certified and also purchased an extended warranty through the dealership. My husband called the dealership in Virginia and explained the situation and was told that we could take it to OBX Chevrolet Buick to have our oil changed under the warranty. However, when we took the car there, the advisor assigned reluctantly explained that warranty work would be covered there, but the extras could not. I felt that the mannerism in which he handled, what could have been a bad situation, was extremely empathetic and well done. For that, we thank you. More
