Staff was great from the sales to financing department. They went way above and beyond to help me get a car in my budget and seemed concerned when my son fell up the ramp at this store. Buying a car is a stressful, time-consuming process, especially when you have very limited time to shop in person. Being able to discuss certain vehicles, via email, is also a huge time-saver and a much more pleasant alternative than trying to rearrange schedules to get to the dealership during a busy work week. Enter Heinrich Hilger, who responded to our email request for more information on a particular vehicle. This man should win awards for exceptional patience, service and dedication! Seriously! After a week of communication, we finally had time to come out to the dealership and look at the vehicle. He had it sitting out front when we arrived, ready for a test drive and knew us by name when we walked in the door without ever having met us. There is nothing better than getting to work with someone who will not waste your time, or try to sell you something you don't want or can't afford. The customer service was beyond amazing, they were incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions and issues and when we changed our mind several times about what we were wanting to look at, whether the color, the features, or the model they didn't seem at all irritated. They answered all of our questions completely and when we mentioned that we weren't sure if we were going to buy the vehicle, that we were just getting all of the information needed, they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Matt at the beginning and he got all of the information together that we requested and spent quite a bit of time helping us out. A couple of days later, when we decided to make this huge decision and trade up, we worked with Sam and he was just as great. They both made all of this very easy and very pleasant.
