From the moment I walked in the door it was a great experience. I got greeted by everyone that saw me. I told Ryan what I was looking for and what I could spend. I was impressed with the dealership and Sam from the moment I stepped onto the lot. I originally stopped by to take a look at the new Mazda 6s on the lot, just getting a feel for the type of car I might moment I stepped onto the lot. I originally stopped by to take a look at the new Mazda 6s on the lot, just getting a feel for the type of car I might be interested in getting (I was not in a hurry to get a new car). Sam greeted me and helped me, but I was never pressured in any way. He showed me a few of the new 6's on the lot as well as a used one (even though he was really a new car salesman) to help me find something more affordable. The car was like new and priced well. I left without any pressure. After doing some research, I decided to come back with my wife and we drove it again. We both liked the car and decided to move forward. Sam (and his colleague from the used car side) worked with us. They were very nice and treated us with respect throughout the whole process. After purchasing the car, Sam continued to ensure that we received a fresh oil change and clean-up. They and the service shop were excellent about scheduling a time, arranging a shuttle for me with work, and performing the service. Sam maintained contact with me during this process (even though the sale was already done). It was clear that Sam wanted to ensure a great experience. I would highly recommend O'Daniel Mazda and Sam Moun to anyone interested in a car there. More

Sam was very helpful in getting me the car I wanted with the right options and the price I wanted. He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with car. Heinrich was great, as was the rest of the front staff. As we got serious on another vehicle, he took notes about things we wanted done, from large to small - he got done what he could immediately, but also coordinated the things he couldn't, to be completed after the sale, and gave a timetable after having the service department inspect. He rides the line between being intentional, but not pushy, while still being proactive; not many dealer agents have those traits. Only hiccup was on the financial transaction - It was late at night, had to wait close to an hour for a particular person, just to get rate and other closing cost information, but then we proceeded to sign paperwork, against my better instincts; though I didn't ask as many questions or be as firm with the closing staff as I should have. Even after everything was signed and the financial closer said it was a no-rescind transaction, talked to Heinrich the next morning, and we redid the transaction at a (slightly) lower $, no problem. He earned every bit of a 5 star rating. Thanks! More
Being current Mazda 3 owners, we were looking to add a CX-9. After our local dealership had left us extremely disappointed and questioning their sales department we had turned to searching elsewhere outsi CX-9. We did most of our communication with O'Daniel via internet, email, and some phone calls. They were able to meet our needs with exactly what we were looking for, a great price, and provided excellent customer service with answers to all of our questions in a prompt time frame. We drove almost 2 hours to work with them, and would definitely consider them again for our future needs! Our experience was very positive and we will recommend them to anyone within our area...the drive was worth it! More
Sam Moun was excellent to work with. We test drove several months before purchase and it was a no hassle experience- gave us info, features and let us drive it. My husband and I recently purchased two new Mazdas from O'Daniel Mazda. This was our second experience working with Sam Moun, our salesman, as we had purchased a Mazda from him in 2009 as well. When we began to consider new vehicles, we contacted Sam, who ensured he was available at a time convenient for us. As in the past, Sam was extremely knowledgeable about each model of vehicle we inquired about. He was easily able to direct me to a vehicle which had each of the features I was seeking. While deciding on vehicles, Sam was very friendly and helpful; we never felt as if we were being pressured and were given honest answers to our questions. After we finished with paperwork, Sam also explained all the features and aspects of our new vehicles. He went through our owner's manuals with us and sat in each vehicle, showing us specific features, programming our bluetooths, and answering any questions. After deciding on vehicles, we began to work with other staff to determine financing and value for our trade-in vehicles. George Brothers, sales manager, worked for us to get the best value for our trade-ins. While working with George, he talked and joked with us throughout the process, making us feel very at ease. In the end, we were very satisfied with our trade-in values and felt that we were treated very fairly in this regard. For financing, O'Daniel was able to assist us with both vehicles. Tim Guisewhite contacted several banks to ensure we were receiving the best rate possible. When actually doing the paperwork, Tim explained everything fully and answered any questions we had regarding financing, specific paperwork, or other parts of the process. All in all, our experience at O'Daniel was again excellent. At no time did we feel as if we were being "handled" and everyone treated us as friends, not as a potential source of commission. They went out of their way to assist us in every way possible, from providing a computer to print out necessary documents to de-icing multiple vehicles for us to test drive. Even after our transaction was completed, when we returned to purchase an accessory for a vehicle, our sales person left a training session to accompany us to the service center to order the item with us and make sure we had a good experience. We received excellent vehicles at great prices and look forward to working with Sam Moun and O'Daniel Mazda again in the future. More
