Customer no more. I have been an ongoing customer of OR Nissan since purchasing my last care and using them for service. I have been very happy with my purchase and wit I have been an ongoing customer of OR Nissan since purchasing my last care and using them for service. I have been very happy with my purchase and with their handling of issues (very few of them) with my car. I recently went back to them to purchase another car and had an awful experience with a sales manager who offered to let me buy the car for more than $2000 over the price on their own website. When I pointed out the price on the website, rather than honor the price, he continued to try to trick me into the higher price, by doing things like re-adding an additional destination fee even though it was already included in the msrp on the window sticker, and adding $500 to the price for not doing financing, when the advertised price literally stated "CASH $xx,xxx". At that point, it was clear he was not being honest, so I thanked him for his time and contacted and purchased from another dealer that evening (for $2000 less than his offer). Not giving a 1-star based on our history, but this was certainly a 1-star experience and I won't be going back there for purchases OR service going forward. Disappointed that a money grab was worth more to you than the cost of losing a loyal customer. More
