Purchased new Titan Xd in Dec. 2016, radio ad offering 1000 stocking stuffer, but no it wasn't honored. Well we overlooked that, disappointed yes but it wasn't a deal breaker. Second miscommunication was when truck was taken in for 10k oil change, fuel filter change. Complete debacle over what was done, and what wasn't done and the amount we were charged for. Filed complaint with BBB requesting 94.99 refund because of items that were supposedly done, but either weren't or weren't discussed with us prior. Received call from Ken Absher the service manager stating they were gonna make it right and refund the full 303.00 and he apologized for everything. Today we get notification from BBB that they are only refunding 94.99. Called Mr Absher and he says he assumed that he would be giving a full refund, but the owner Scott Graap says, No just refund 94.99. Needless to say they do not honor what they tell you, place any miscommunications on someone else. The Oak Ridge Nissan decals will be coming off our truck immediately, no more free advertising from us when you treat customers this way. If the 94.99 ever shows up, I will update, however it's hard to swallow one more lie from Oak Ridge Nissan. It's a say one thing yet do another kind of dealership. Proceed with caution, get everything in writing, do NOT go by what they SAY, cause someone will crawfish their way out of it.
