I bought a Kicks in October 2021 as I totaled previous car and needed to quickly make a purchase. No issues with the car but not a great experience with one member of the sales team. The first sales person I worked with was named Tyler and he was excellent. It seemed that Tyler was new so they had an older sales person work with him and sadly I can't remember his name, but I do remember guys like him give car salesmen a bad name. I told him I did not want payments above $250.00 a month on the Kicks. He said let me see what I could do. H e comes back with a payment of $480 a month!!!! Duh, almost double what I stated I could afford. I nix the deal and he comes back with a price of $299, which I accepted. I know there is give and take with this but that was just an attempt to gouge a customer. Due to that tactic, I will never shop there again. As I said Tyler extended great service and I had occasion where I lost a key and manager Mark H. went above and beyond to help me for which I am grateful. I give Tyler and Mark a 5 rating but the other guy gets a 0 rating! More

Looked at a few cars here, not because we wanted to, but because they would continually raise and change the price as we would move forward with the purchase. They also hid and WOULD NOT tell us the trade i because they would continually raise and change the price as we would move forward with the purchase. They also hid and WOULD NOT tell us the trade in amount they would give us for our trade stating that it depended on the car we wanted to purchase would change what they would give us on our trade. We all know why they hid this from us... Can't find a sketchier dealership to go to. More

Nice and friendly salesmen, not a huge selection but that is common. Felt mislead by the internet price after driving an hour to get here as well as passing by other Nissan dealers. The manager even admitted that the internet price was a bait to just get you on their lot. Should have just got up and left the moment he admitted this but my wife was in need of a new vehicle. Also was referred to this dealer by a relative who was supposed to receive a referral check but 6 weeks later still has not, when we left with the new vehicle we were so tired we did not even notice that we were almost out of fuel and had to stop and get fuel. When the salesman called two days later for follow up I informed him of this and he apologized and wanted to send me a gift card which I refused but he kept insisting so I finally agreed but of course no gift card has yet been received. This week they did another call to follow up on things with my wife and she asked about these things upon which they told her the deal is not complete yet. LOL.. my payment book sure was not delayed in getting it and they had no issue with cashing my check that was wrote for cash down. Not saying that this is a bad place just do your research and be prepared for the normal sales pitch. More
