super!! Had been looking for a Nissan Altima that had a purple look to it. I had found that storm blue looked a lot like what I was looking for . So got excited when on Sunday morning I found one at Oak Ridge Nissan!!! Went to the dealership, opened my car door and was met by Chris who asked if he could be of any help. I told him I wanted to test drive this Nissan Altima and gave him the information. He brought the car to me I drove it and knew this was my car. Made the deal , bought it, and now own it!!! More

We thought we could, and at first was a little disappointed and a little angry with our salesman. He suggested several vehicles that we felt were below our expectations. However, after several test drives we fell in love with the car that we were shown. The salesman took all of our feedback into consideration when showing the car we would ultimately purchase. It was a long process, and Ben had our best interests in mind. The 2017 Nissan Sentra we purchased had all of the room we wanted, which was the most important factor. It was overall a fantastic experience. Like the song says, “you can’t always get what you want...but if you try sometimes you’ll get what you NEED.” Thanks Oak Ridge Nissan. More

It was terrible On line they showed a car at a price that I could afford but, when I got to the dealership is was 2500.00 more said it was a typo on line. Then I was supposed to pre-approved and they wanted a large down payment and the monthly payments would still be 550-600 a month. They tried to put me in a car that was 3 years older but the payment were still unbelievable. I told them no and they insisted I take the car home spent 4 hours in this dealership and walked away with nothing. What a joke will never go back to them or consider buying a car from them. A so called manager said he would get it to where I could afford the car I wanted but of course that did not happen. More

Oak Ridge was straight forward told me the price of everything over the phone because I was an hour's drive from them. I was hesitant to drive there thinking I was going to get scammed again. But to my pleasure everything went down the way they promised!! I even ended up getting a automatic sv version for about a thousand more than the other place was charging me for a s version manual! Jeremy, Mike, Ken, and Leslie we're all great! If I was ever going to get a job being a car salesman, I'd like to work for and with people like this!! More
