I can't say enough good things about the staff at Oakes Buick GMC . After discovering the vehicle I originally went to look at was not available,Melissa set out to find me another vehicle at another one of Buick GMC . Several hours later I purchased a 2018 Rav 4 that I love ! The finance department was also great in working with you to get the best possible deal. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them . Terrible experience. Purchased a truck online. Pictures showed no body damage. We I arrived to pick up my truck it has over $4k in damage. No one was there to talk to me. Purchased a truck online.
